Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a senior product leader to own the global Intelligent Completion Systems portfolio, aligning strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle decisions with customer value and market needs.

You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate insights into investments, drive commercialization, and ensure system-wide performance from downhole sensing to surface software, delivering measurable production gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering, science, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of energy-industry experience with completions, production tech, intelligent wells, product management, applications, operations, technology development, or technical sales.
• Experience leading a product or solution portfolio and building roadmaps.
• Experience with complex downhole systems and the interfaces among hardware, electronics, sensing, communications, surface equipment, software, and data.
• Experience with customer-facing technical and commercial engagements, strategic tenders, field trials, and commercialization of new technology.
• Strategic product management, portfolio governance, roadmap development, lifecycle management, and commercialization.
• Strong business and financial judgment with the ability to connect technical choices to customer value, risk, growth, margin, and return.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Intelligent Completion Systems strategy, roadmap, portfolio priorities, and lifecycle decisions.
• Translate customer, market, competitor, and field-performance insights into clear business cases, product requirements, and investment priorities.
• Manage the portfolio as an integrated system covering downhole control, sensing, surface equipment, software, and digital workflows.
• Lead technology development and commercialization with cross-functional teams across the company.
• Define launch plans, readiness criteria, pricing approach, sales enablement, proof points, and adoption milestones for new products and system offerings.
• Promote modular design, standard interfaces, and digital integration to reduce cost and deployment risk.
• Define the governance for interfaces, workflows, and readiness reviews; ensure product readiness before release.
