Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Intelligence Manager to build and lead our intelligence program in Plano, TX. This role will establish intelligence standards, develop client-facing intelligence products, oversee intelligence and risk platforms, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal leadership.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on intelligence leader with strong analytical tradecraft who can build the function, produce high-quality intelligence, and develop a team as the program grows. This role reports to the Vice President, Global Security Operations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
- Experience reviewing, leading, or providing quality oversight of other analysts' work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of structured analytic techniques, source evaluation, bias mitigation, and OSINT tradecraft.
- Experience in corporate protective intelligence, threat assessment, or executive-facing risk analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing intelligence or risk platforms, including alerting, configuration, risk scoring, and tuning.
- Strong analytical writing and executive briefing skills.
- CICA, Certified Threat Manager, or similar intelligence/security certification preferred.
- Must be available outside standard business hours during critical incidents.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet all applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the intelligence program. Establish collection plans, source validation, analytical standards, and review processes.
- Set the analytical standard. Oversee intelligence quality, accuracy, confidence assessments, and release standards.
- Develop Intelligence as a Service. Build and manage client-facing intelligence products based on audience and business needs.
- Support internal security. Deliver intelligence and risk assessments supporting Specialized locations, personnel, and executive decision-making.
- Own the intelligence technology. Manage intelligence and risk platforms, alerting, risk scoring, configuration, and performance.
- Drive automation. Identify opportunities to automate collection, triage, and reporting and partner with Aurix on integrations.
- Partner with clients and prospects. Serve as an intelligence subject matter expert during client meetings, proposals, and the RFP process.
- Build and develop the team. Hire, train, and develop analysts as the intelligence program grows.
- Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000/yr
