Your work will ensure new inquiries are handled with urgency, precision, and follow‑through.

What you'll do:
  • Intake Management: Handle inbound intake calls and conduct the full intake process from initial call through file setup, helping ensure prospective clients receive a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with prospective and newly retained clients during the intake process via phone, text, and digital platforms, including explaining next steps and gathering required information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members using Microsoft Teams to ensure streamlined operations and effective team coordination.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Detail‑Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document handling, ensuring accuracy and consistency across case files.
  • Remote Work Readiness & Reliability: Ability to work U.S. hours (11:00 AM-7:00 PM EST), with reliable access to necessary technology and demonstrated success working independently in a remote, structured work setting.
Why you should work here:
  • Professional Growth: Become part of a growing firm that values initiative and gives you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in personal injury intake, client communication, lead conversion, and accurate file setup.
  • Collaborative Environment: Be part of a supportive team culture with regular communication, clear expectations, and close collaboration across the firm.
