The role focuses on supporting supplier quality through root cause analysis and resolving production bottlenecks with data-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding tooling design and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• Must have direct expertise in the design and maintenance of injection molded components and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a global fleet of injection mold tooling.
• Support supplier quality through root cause analysis.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert to resolve production bottlenecks and implement process standardizations.
