Job summary

Airbnb seeks a Global Initiatives Curator to lead cross-functional, 0-to-1 initiatives within the Offline Design and Curation teams. You will shape a unified quality bar for Experiences, define architectures for new supply types, and scale successful models across markets worldwide.

You will collaborate with Research, Enterprise Operations, Product Marketing, and leadership to drive AI-enabled, scalable curation solutions and strategic market differentiation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across product marketing, marketing, creative direction, and experience design at a large-scale or tech company.
• 4+ years leading and briefing teams to deliver work.
• Global product experience with cross-functional coordination across time zones.
• Strong sense of taste and cultural fluency adaptable to audiences and markets.
• Ability to build strategic frameworks and briefs for execution by teams.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leadership.
• Ability to self-organize, move fast with incomplete information, and learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality bar of sourced Experiences globally and unify quality across regions.
• Support new market launches with unified processes and identify supply categories based on demand and signals.
• Define architecture and criteria for types of Experiences and craft narratives for leadership.
• Cascade strategies to internal teams and scale learnings across markets.
• Partner with AI teams to build tools that codify taste at scale.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to curate high-quality collections for launches.
