Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Director of Infrastructure Operations to lead global infrastructure services across cloud, network, systems, and end-user computing. The role ensures reliable, scalable operations and partners with Engineering, Governance, and Cybersecurity to keep platforms secure and compliant.

You will manage a global team of managers, set priorities, establish SLAs, and drive continuous improvement while supporting acquisitions, site expansions, and SAP S/4HANA / RISE deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive IT experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries is required.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global delivery and support of infrastructure services across cloud, network, systems, and end-user environments.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of platforms supporting 24x7 operations.
• Drive operational runbooks, incident management, and change processes.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Engineering, and Governance to secure and modernize infrastructure.
