Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks life cycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the systems strategy and roadmap for internal tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product excellence and drive innovation.
• Deep telecom infrastructure knowledge including Fiber, DWDM, IP; OSS/BSS GIS systems.
• Oversee end-to-end software and systems development from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate across organizations to ensure timely roadmap execution.
