Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. seeks a Global Director of Infrastructure, Operations, and Security to lead worldwide IT infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity.

The role reports to the Global VP, CDIO, and directs a distributed team across regions to ensure service reliability and security governance. The candidate will own DR/BCP, implement security programs, and drive a risk-aware culture while aligning technology with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a closely related field; master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Required: Prior cybersecurity experience including security architecture, incident response, IAM, vulnerability management, risk management, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy, architecture, and operations for enterprise infrastructure across cloud, data center, network, endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms.
• Oversee 24/7 global IT operations, including service desk, major incident management, and incident response communications.
• Own the enterprise product security and AI security programs, embedding secure-by-design principles across product lifecycles.
