Senstronic Italy SRL is seeking a Procurement and Purchasing Specialist to drive industrial purchasing and optimize the supplier panel for production components. The role covers strategy implementation, budgeting, supplier qualification, and ensuring a diversified supplier base for electronics, mechanicals, and plastics.

You will collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics and Finance to secure component availability, control costs, and maintain on-time delivery, while leading tenders

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Proven experience in industrial purchasing.
• Good knowledge of electronic, mechanical or plastic components.
• Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Professional level of English required.

Responsabilités

• Implement the Group purchasing strategy.
• Define and monitor the purchasing budget.
• Establish and analyze performance indicators (costs, savings, delivery times, quality).
• Identify, select and qualify new international suppliers.
• Manage a supplier portfolio (electronic, mechanical and plastic components).
• Ensure reliability and diversification of the supplier base.
• Launch and manage tenders.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms and supplier contracts.
• Draft and monitor purchasing contracts.
• Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Ensure the availability of components for production.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor their production capacity.
• Manage purchasing-related resources (molds, tools and production equipment).
• Work closely with Management, R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics and Sales.
