Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a leader to develop and continuously improve global occupational health and industrial hygiene management systems across sites. You will lead exposure assessments, interpret data, and drive risk reduction strategies using the Hierarchy of Controls.

This role partners with EHS, engineering, facilities, operations, and health teams to ensure worker protection. Preferred qualifications include CIH and semiconductor experience, with the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Experience with industrial hygiene and EHS programs is necessary.
• Ability to work across global, multi-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve global occupational health and industrial hygiene programs.
• Lead exposure assessments and interpret data to recommend risk reduction.
• Support facility design reviews, process changes, and new chemical introductions.
• Coordinate medical surveillance, exposure investigations and health risk reduction efforts.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and translate them into global standards and procedures.
