Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions in Etters, PA is seeking a Global Industrial Engineer to support planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking of automation equipment across our manufacturing sites.

You will build a centralized global automation tracker, develop dashboards, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, and Operations to improve reporting, data accuracy, and scheduling. The role requires strong IE background and advanced Excel/VBA skills, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in a manufacturing environment with planning and automation exposure.
• Strong Excel capabilities: PivotTables, VBA, data organization and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across global sites and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global schedule and tracking of automation equipment from planning to production readiness.
• Develop a centralized global automation equipment tracker with visibility on location, status, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, Operations, and program management.
• Create dashboards and reports using PivotTables, VBA, and Power BI to communicate constraints.
