Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager (Indirect) to lead complex indirect spend across multiple business units in a global framework. You will develop category strategies, run RFx, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts at senior leadership levels.

Based in Seattle or WA, this role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and partnering with Finance to drive savings and value creation beyond cost.

Qualifications

• Experience in an indirect procurement function at a multinational corporation.
• Experience with best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, contracting).
• 2+ years of strategic sourcing and category management across logistics, IT, professional services, and related spend.

Responsabilités

• Owning one or more complex indirect categories across multiple units or regions and developing category strategies.
• Developing global sourcing strategies to meet objectives and build supplier relationships.
• Managing categories in markets with limited competition and pricing transparency, identifying risk.
• Evaluating supplier capabilities using cost models and benchmarking.
• Managing RFx, spend analysis, contract review, negotiations, and supplier consolidation.
• Leading transformational sourcing projects with global scope across teams and regions.
• Partnering with finance to identify savings and drive total cost of ownership improvements.
• Presenting strategies and decisions to senior leaders up to three levels above.
• Contributing to annual and long-range operating plans.
• Guiding internal stakeholders on procurement processes and ethics.
• Supporting business reviews with stakeholders and mentoring peers.
