Shape Corp. is seeking a Director of Indirect Procurement to lead its Global Indirect Procurement Transformation and own approximately $160M in indirect spend across IT, Facilities, Professional Services, HR and Travel.

The role drives policy, governance, savings and supplier engagement to deliver enterprise-wide value and transparency. The role reports to the Global Director of Procurement and requires strategic partnership with Finance, IT, HR and Legal to advance Shape Corp.'s Procurement

• Experience leading global indirect procurement.
• Ability to develop category strategies for indirect spend areas.
• Strong governance, policy and compliance capabilities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, HR and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead indirect category management to maximize profitability and service quality.
• Develop and execute global indirect category strategies (IT, Facilities, HR, Travel, etc.).
• Oversee procurement of indirect goods and services to support enterprise needs.
• Build and maintain partnerships with supplier base.
• Drive transformation and governance to deploy policy, workflows and compliance.
• Lead the global indirect procurement transformation roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Expand indirect spend under Procurement through governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive spend visibility, KPI reporting and data-driven decision making.
