You will lead sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management for key indirect categories, ensuring compliance with procurement channels and policies.

In this player‑coach role, you will guide others while personally driving supplier selection, commercial terms, and value optimization to support business needs and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field required.
• 7-10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Experience driving cost and value optimization through sourcing and commercial discipline.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract development for indirect categories.
• Execute global indirect category strategy through category plans and supplier decisions.
• Develop category-level sourcing plans and manage contract negotiations.
• Provide SRM, performance reviews, and issue resolution with key suppliers.
