Michelman in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Global Indirect Procurement Manager to lead category strategy and execution for indirect spend. You will manage sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract development while aligning procurement processes with corporate policies and regional needs.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions to drive cost/value optimization and oversee supplier performance, risk, and relationship management in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; field as listed in qualifications.
• 7–10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in a global manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier engagements to deliver cost/value improvements.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract development for indirect categories.
• Execute global indirect category strategy and develop category-level sourcing plans.
• Drive supplier selection, contract negotiations, and commercial terms for high-impact spend.
• Ensure procurement activity flows through approved channels and defined policies.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and build strong supplier relationships for key categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business needs and timelines.
