Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior procurement specialist to join our global team. You will support vendor onboarding, conduct due diligence, and manage end-to-end procurement for indirect categories across regions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of hands-on procurement experience, with strong English and Mandarin communication. You will drive cost efficiency, negotiate SLAs, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.
• 5–8 years hands-on experience in indirect procurement; exposure to Compliance/Marketing/Technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of S2P process and vendor assessment procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation, vendor due diligence (VDD) review, documentation, and regular compliance checks.
• Assist daily procurement operations across indirect categories (professional services, marketing, HR, legal) per policies.
• Manage vendor lifecycle: RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, assessment, and ongoing reviews.
• Lead negotiations on price, quantity, delivery plans, SLAs, and contract follow-up.
• Assist in knowledge sharing and training to strengthen procurement awareness and compliance.
• Contribute to process optimization for efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Support data analysis, invoice validation, process initiation, and procurement documentation tracking.
