Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP S4/HANA and ARIBA.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Self-driven, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Procure-to-Pay Execution: Convert requisitions to purchase orders per internal policies.
Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.
Maintain and optimize supplier catalogues in SAP S4/HANA and ARIBA; drive adoption.
Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers with documentation, compliance checks, and registrations.
Act as procurement liaison for manufacturing sites with updates on performance and savings.
Analyze spend data to identify consolidation opportunities and savings.
Assist in drafting and managing supplier contracts for compliance and risk management.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies.
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, supplier performance, and savings.
