Qualifications

• J.D. with 3-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Membership in at least one state bar.
• Experience in software licensing, privacy and security matters would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage global commercial litigation matters, liaising with external counsel and coordinating mediations, arbitrations, depositions and trials.
• Collaborate with business and sales teams worldwide to assess litigation risk related to security and software compliance.
• Support international initiatives such as cross-border mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and divestitures.
