Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve import shipment issues with freight forwarders, brokers and agencies.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements aligned with management.
• Review data accuracy including valuation, origin, unit of measure, classification.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for import clearance documents.
• Ensure compliance with government laws and import controls.
• Define and operate processes and systems related to import controls.
• Maintain controls, records, and audit preparation for import entries.
• Apply quality principles to identify improvements and propose options to management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
