Job summary

GSK is seeking a Medical Information Manager in the US to ensure scientifically balanced MI content, stay up to date on literature, and support clinical care decisions. The role partners with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and payer teams to deliver high-quality information and strategic insights.

The successful candidate will have PharmD/PhD or equivalent, 2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience, and strong skills in evaluating literature and communicating complex data to HCPs and payers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-graduate clinical/pharmaceutical industry experience
• 2+ years evaluating clinical literature
• 2+ years summarizing complex scientific literature, real-world evidence (RWE), CER, and other observational studies for scientific evaluation needs

Responsibilities

• Creating, updating and/or reviewing medical information content to ensure complex scientific material is summarized clearly and balanced.
• Planning and maintaining MI databases and launch readiness plans.
• Maintain deep scientific knowledge on assigned products and MI requirements across geographies.
• Creating and updating US medical information payer content with internal partners to support payer decisions.
• Collaborating with Medical Affairs to localize topic presentations for HCPs and knowledge gaps.
• Primary medical sign off for review of promotional materials to ensure SOP compliance.
• Contributing to cross-functional teams to discuss strategic priorities and resources.
• Training US medical and sales teams and MI staff as needed.
• Participating in MI workstreams to improve deliverables and processes.
