Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Immunology Franchise Lead in our Vaccines R&D Global Clinical Development team to shape immunology strategy across the franchise and drive breakthroughs on a global scale.

You will interface with Clinical Franchise Leaders and One Research to guide development, lifecycle management, and external partnerships, mentoring senior leads, and delivering data-driven insights for portfolio decisions at key milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading immunology/ translational strategy for vaccines or biologics.
• Experience designing Phase 1–4 global clinical development for infectious diseases.
• Strong leadership in Clinical Development or Translational Medicine; vaccinology focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the immunology strategy across the vaccine franchise and align endpoints with development goals.
• Interface with Clinical Franchise Leaders and One Research to guide development and lifecycle management.
• Establish external collaborations with academia and key opinion leaders.
• Mentor Senior Clinical Immunology Leads and Immunology Leads for high-quality deliverables.
• Generate data-driven insights to support portfolio prioritization and milestones.
• Oversee immunology methodologies meeting regulatory standards for trials and submissions.
