Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Immunology Franchise Lead within our Vaccines R&D Global Clinical Development team. You will shape immunology strategy across the vaccine portfolio and drive breakthroughs to advance disease prevention on a global scale.

You will interface with senior leaders and external experts, mentor a global team, and generate data-driven insights to guide portfolio decisions at key milestones. This pivotal role combines science leadership with strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading clinical immunology or translational medicine strategy.
• Experience with Phase 1–4 global clinical development of infectious disease candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the immunology strategy across the vaccine franchise and oversee endpoints aligned with development goals.
• Interface with Clinical Franchise Leadership and One Research segment heads to provide scientific guidance.
• Establish strategic partnerships with external experts and key opinion leaders to advance immunology science.
• Mentor a team of Senior Clinical Immunology Leads and Immunology Leads to deliver high-quality results.
• Generate data-driven insights to support portfolio prioritization and strategic decisions.
• Oversee immunology methodologies ensuring cutting-edge, regulator-ready data generation.
