Job summary

MSD is seeking an experienced Program Lead to oversee the Tulisokibart IBD program, directing global, cross-functional teams from strategic planning through post-marketing. This role combines project management with organizational leadership in a fast-paced bio-pharmaceutical environment.

The ideal candidate will drive program execution, coordinate key meetings, and ensure quality across the portfolio, while mentoring staff and collaborating with external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years -OR- Master’s + 9 years -OR- PhD/PharmD + 6 years Pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development experience.
• Degree in life sciences, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational execution of the clinical program across global trials.
• Lead cross-functional teams and governance meetings; coordinate regulatory interactions.
• Ensure feasibility and consistency across the portfolio and resource planning.
• Serve as operational representative on the Clinical Subteam; manage staffing and supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (KOLs, vendors) to meet program objectives.
• Drive process improvements and lead performance management of the team.
