Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 12 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development.
• Master’s degree + 9 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development.
• PhD/PharmD + 6 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution of a suite of clinical trials within a clinical program.
• Lead and direct teams for program planning and execution elements including governance meetings and regulatory interactions.
• Ensure consistency and quality across the portfolio; serve as the operational representative on the Clinical Subteam.
• Contribute to resource planning and staffing; supervise clinical scientists and study managers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (KOLs, vendors) to support program objectives.
• Assist Clinical Directors with scientific leadership and investigator initiatives including publications and presentations.
• Lead process improvements and strategic initiatives where applicable.
• Manage direct reports and support professional development.
