Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking an Investigations & Law Enforcement Development (ILED) Program Manager for Global Programs. The role leads global initiatives, coordinates with IJM hubs, and represents IJM in INTERPOL collaborations while shaping training and capacity-building across multiple regions.

You will oversee fusion-center activities, manage international partnerships, and advance intelligence-led approaches to strengthen justice systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, international relations, criminology, criminal justice, international development, or related field.
Minimum seven years of relevant experience in intelligence, law enforcement, criminal analysis, program management, capacity building, international development, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in criminal intelligence, criminal analysis, OSINT, or related law-enforcement capabilities; strong training delivery background.
Proven ability to lead training, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Global ILED initiatives and prioritize Requests for Support (RFS) from IJM hubs, field offices, and host-nation partners in alignment with Global ILED strategy.
Oversee Global ILED Fusion Center functions and ensure resources align with program needs and priorities.
Shape CRIMINT, OSINT, and Criminal Analysis training for IJM teams, implementing partners, and law-enforcement stakeholders.
Identify emerging intelligence needs and translate them into practical resources and program initiatives.
Develop knowledge dissemination across Global ILED and IJM programs to strengthen intelligence applications in investigations.
Represent Global ILED in INTERPOL and international engagement meetings, partnerships, and collaborations.
Lead engagement with South Asia regional teams to align priorities and support with program delivery.
Travel domestically and internationally to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
