Job summary

Catapult Federal Services is looking for a Sr SCADA Architect to own the global design and acceleration of the Ignition platform across data centers. The role focuses on architecture, standards, enablement, and organizational acceleration with minimal hands-on work.

You will partner with management and engineering to scale deployments from monthly to weekly pace, driving reusable standards and fast, reliable implementations across a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Significant SCADA / OT experience across multiple sites and roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive global Ignition / SCADA / IoT architecture to achieve maximum rollout velocity with high quality and cost efficiency.
• Partner with program management and engineering to scale deployments without major issues.
• Identify initiatives to shorten timelines, such as reusable images and streamlined SOPs.
• Review and improve existing standards to reduce waste across ~40 Ignition installations.
• Set architectural direction enabling the team to operate independently at higher volume.
• Maintain current skills with hands-on work while focusing on design and enablement.
