Job summary

Noatum Logistics seeks an Internal Controls Financial Reporting (ICFR) Specialist to design, test, and maintain internal controls across our US operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and collaboration with internal and external auditors.

You will standardize processes, address control gaps, and drive improvements while partnering with Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations for audit readiness and governance across business units.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting with auditing and testing controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain internal financial controls.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors.
• Report findings from control testing to financial leadership and global teams.
• Develop and implement control improvements and testing plans.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations to ensure compliance.
