Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead governance, roadmap, and evolution of our HR technology ecosystem for 2,300+ employees globally. You will maximize the value of Workday and related HR tech, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role reports to the Director of HR Operations & Technology and focuses on strategy, security, automation, analytics, and global standardization across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Qualifications

Progressive HRIS experience with 8+ years.
5+ years administering Workday in a global org.
Experience leading enterprise HR technology projects.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM/Integrations/Learning.

Responsibilities

Own global Workday product roadmap across modules.
Establish governance for Workday enhancements, releases and testing.
Lead vendor management and contract performance reviews.
Define system standards and governance policies.
Lead AI governance for HR tech initiatives.
Drive data governance, security and regulatory compliance.
