Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead governance, roadmap, and evolution of our global HR tech ecosystem supporting 2,300+ employees across regions. You will own Workday product strategy, governance, vendor relationships, and global roadmap, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable solutions for data integrity, compliance, automation, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HR, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
5+ years administering or leading Workday in a global organization.
Experience managing enterprise HR technology projects.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Workday Learning, Workday Integrations.
Experience leading vendor relationships.
Knowledge of HR data governance and security.
Strong PM and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own global Workday product roadmap across all modules, prioritizing enhancements and releases.
Develop multi-year HR technology strategy aligned with growth and digital transformation.
Evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI solutions for efficiency and experience.
Build business cases for new technology investments.
