Job summary

Thornton Tomasetti seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead governance, roadmap, and evolution of our global HR technology ecosystem. You will maximize the value of Workday and other HR technologies across 2,300+ employees worldwide, reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Technology and collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, CS or related field.
• 8+ years progressive HRIS experience with global scope.
• 5+ years administering or leading Workday globally.

Responsibilities

• Own global Workday roadmap across modules and releases.
• Establish governance for enhancements, testing, prioritization.
• Manage Workday vendor relationships and contracts.
• Define security, privacy policies and global compliance.
• Lead AI governance and automation initiatives for HR tech.
• Drive analytics, KPIs and reporting for leadership.
• Oversee data migration and payroll/benefit integrations.
