Job summary

Woven by Toyota is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Business Partner to enable a global engineering organization to meet goals of convergence, innovation, and execution. You will report to the Director, HRBP and collaborate with regional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders to plan, coach leadership teams, drive talent solutions, and implement talent processes while upholding confidentiality and values.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to solve complex people challenges.
• Strong business partner expertise to influence at all levels, including executives.
• Experience shaping organizational design, scaling teams, and driving high-performance.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle evolving challenges.
• 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to plan and build a fast-growing organization and coach leadership teams.
• Provide talent solutions that support innovation and breakthrough products.
• Act as trusted HR advisor with confidentiality and integrity.
• Implement annual talent planning, performance assessments, and compensation processes.
• Collaborate with HR COE in Compensation, Benefits, ER, Talent Management, Analytics, and HR Operations for fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support Talent Management initiatives: planning, mentoring, learning, and mobility programs.
• Champion inclusion and values, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Drive engagement through programs that boost morale, motivation, and productivity.
• Guide managers on people-related issues, performance improvement, and org design changes.
• Collaborate with Global HR to analyze data and measure employee experience.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide inspirational leadership with empathy and value-based behavior.
