Job summary

Global Industrial is seeking a HR Product Owner for Workday configuration to manage HCM modules and related security across the global footprint. You will partner with HR Technology and COEs to optimize Workday capabilities for business processes.

The role focuses on maintaining system integrity, leading design sessions, and developing end-to-end business processes aligned with the Workday roadmap. Based in Atlanta or Birmingham with exposure to global teams.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ configuration experience in Workday modules: HCM including Security.
• Functional expertise in HR topics: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll and/or Talent & Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with global stakeholders and SMEs.
• Lead Workday configuration discussions and maintain configuration strategy.
