Quadient in the United States invites a Global HR Partner to support Digital Americas, Sales & Operations and Global RevOps. This is a strategic, non-traditional HRBP role that partners with executive leaders to shape talent, organization, performance, and workforce decisions that enable growth and capability building.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in HR in global, matrixed environments.
• Experience with commercial or revenue-driven organizations (Sales, GTM, RevOps).
• Expertise in workforce planning, organization design and leadership development.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and tie talent to performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning aligned to growth and margins.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps and Finance to drive capacity and productivity.
• Shape skills, structure and location strategy for Digital Americas.
• Act as advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Operations and RevOps.
• Influence organization design and leadership investments.
• Strengthen high-performance culture across revenue teams.
• Link performance differentiation to rewards and talent decisions.
• Lead people agenda for Americas GTM transformation and RevOps maturity.
• Improve efficiency, predictability and execution discipline.
• Build leadership pipelines for commercial and RevOps roles.
• Coach leaders to improve decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Orchestrate TA, Total Rewards, L&D, People Analytics and Regional HR.
• Drive AI-enabled simplification and automation of HR processes.
