Job summary

Juno Search Partners is seeking an HR Manager in Chicago to lead global HR governance and scale our HR operations. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive standardized processes, modern recruitment, and data-driven advisory across the organization.

Responsibilities include handling cross-border compliance, employee engagement, and implementing digital HR platforms and analytics tools to support a growing, multi-site footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 6–8 years HR generalist/operations experience.
• Experience scaling multi-site or international org preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or equivalent global HR certification strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with cross-border employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global HR compliance across 10 jurisdictions; audit, standardize, and maintain HR procedures.
• Standardize candidate experience, streamline applicant tracking workflows, and ensure bias-free hiring.
• Champion culture, develop initiatives for work-life balance and internal comms, feedback loop with leadership.
• Draft, implement, and maintain “Single Source of Truth” documentation and templates for HR policies.
• Partner with BLT/ELT to advise on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead transition from manual HR processes to digital platforms; identify and deploy HR analytics tools.
