Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a strategic, enterprise HR leader to guide talent, organizational design, and capability development for its Insulation leadership team. You will shape people strategies that enable growth, transformation, and sustained performance across global markets.

The role partners with senior leadership, directs regional HR in Europe and Asia, and champions an inclusive, high-performance culture while advancing technology-enabled people solutions and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing-based or complex operating environments.
• 3+ years in executive leadership roles at organizations with $2B+ in revenue.
• Board-level engagement experience and experience with acquisitions/ integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR and talent strategies to enable business growth and transformation.
• Partner with Insulation President and executive team on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive data-driven decisions across Europe and Asia regional HR while aligning with enterprise standards.
