Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to serve as the global HR leader for the Engines business. The role partners with the Engines Leadership Team to drive talent, organizational capability, and workforce planning across engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and aftermarket functions worldwide.

The successful candidate will lead a global HR team, strengthening leadership capability, employee engagement, succession planning, and business performance while supporting labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Proven experience partnering with senior executives to develop and execute talent strategies.
• Experience leading workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, change management, and leadership development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to the Engines Leadership Team, aligning talent and organizational capabilities with long-term growth objectives.
• Lead multi-year talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across global operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, and leadership development; drive employee engagement and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, and reward top talent worldwide; support labor relations where applicable.
