Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Hospitality and Leisure Associate to join the Phoenix, AZ office. This role involves handling high‑level transactional real estate matters, reviewing and drafting diverse agreements, and supporting complex financings in a collaborative, team‑oriented firm.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of real estate/transactional experience, a law license in good standing, and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of legal experience in real estate/transactional work (hospitality industry experience is a plus).
• Previous law firm experience (large and sophisticated deal experience preferred).
• Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state where the hired candidate will be practicing.

Responsibilities

• Work on matters across the globe.
• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, license and franchise agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Advise on financings, including negotiation of loan documents and related deliverables.
• Manage deal closings from start to finish.
• Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work.
