CURE International Children's Hospitals is seeking a Construction Projects Coordinator to advance its mission by delivering hospital construction and renovation projects worldwide. You will support planning, coordination, and execution to help hospitals provide life-changing surgical care to children.

Working with project engineers, finance teams, and hospital leadership, you will maintain documentation, monitor budgets and timelines, and provide reporting to turn strategic plans into real-world

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of building construction or similar project experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis for capital expenditures.
• Certifications in one or more aspects of project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or other project management software (Odoo Project, Asana).
• Proficient in English: Speech and Written Communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Project Management Support & Coordination: Maintain organized project documentation, templates, and file systems.
• Budget & Cost Tracking: Track and reconcile project budgets, cost reports, and financial data with finance and accounting teams.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Update schedules, Gantt charts, and dashboards; provide regular progress reports.
• Team Coordination: Schedule meetings, track actions, and communicate follow-ups for stakeholder alignment.
