The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee hospital expansion and renovation initiatives. You will coordinate design, approvals, and construction with physicians, administrators, IT, and facilities teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include contract administration, cost control, risk management, and liaison with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing hospital expansion or major renovations.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate design and construction with physicians, admins, IT, and outside firms.
• Prepare and administer contracts for capital improvements and buyouts.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and cost control.
• Maintain project schedules and move-in plans.
• Monitor safety and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and hospital staff.
