Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate on the Hedge Fund Distribution team to provide equity financing and securities lending coverage to hedge fund clients across cash and swap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in extracting data from MIS reporting and using AI tools.
• Capable of processing large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen strategic relationships with hedge fund clients from onboarding to product/market expansion.
• Identify and implement cash prime brokerage and swap financing solutions across NA, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Provide securities lending expertise, including locate approvals and rate management.
• Monitor short interest and borrow trends at multiple levels.
• Promote capabilities across regions leveraging product knowledge in 50+ markets.
• Advise on market access, documentation, financing efficiencies, and trading across cash and swap.
• Collaborate with Sales and other partners to deliver full-service coverage and identify new business opportunities.
