J.P. Morgan is seeking a highly motivated Global Hedge Accounting Controller – Senior Associate to join our team in New York. You will provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, partner with front office and finance teams, and ensure effective alignment and execution in line with accounting policy requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accounting or a CPA qualification, and strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting or financial institution.
• Hands-on experience with derivatives or hedge accounting.

• Coordinate discussions across regions for alignment and execution.
• Review quarterly financial statements and disclosures.
