Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Global Hedge Accounting Controller – Senior Associate within the Treasury/Chief Investment Office.

You will partner with front office, regional finance teams, and the Accounting Policy group to provide technical guidance on complex hedging transactions. Responsibilities include supporting cross-regional alignment, coordinating with product controllers on operational impacts, and reviewing quarterly financial statements and disclosures while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Accounting/related field or CPA-qualified.
• Minimum 5 years' public accounting experience or within financial services.
• Hands-on derivatives or hedge accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative team player with ownership mindset.
• Experience driving process automation and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex hedge transactions.
• Collaborate with front office, regional finance, and policy teams.
• Coordinate cross-regional discussions to drive alignment and execution.
• Assess operational impact of transactions with product controllers.
• Review quarterly financial statements and disclosures.
• Support implementation of hedge accounting standards and requests.
