Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced logistics leader to own end-to-end supply chain design for a high-growth, greenfield program. You will shape inbound and outbound flows across global suppliers, inter-site movements, and international delivery to customers, with heavy-haul and project cargo at the core.

The role requires deep cross-functional collaboration, strong financial acumen, and a track record building logistics networks in aerospace or similar high-consequence environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive logistics, transportation, and warehousing experience.
• Experience designing or transforming a logistics network in high-rate manufacturing or large-equipment delivery.
• Deep experience with project cargo, heavy-haul, and international breakbulk shipping.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and willingness to build without traditional support.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end logistics network including inbound, inter-site flow, and outbound delivery.
• Lead multi-modal transportation strategy across ocean, air, rail, and heavy-haul.
• Own total landed cost and establish carrier base, rate strategy, and MSAs.
• Define service requirements, transit times, and contingency routing for critical freight.
• Build international delivery model, port strategy, and in-country logistics.
