Job summary

Jhpiego is seeking a Supply Chain Transition and Start-Up Consultant to lead planning, recruitment, malaria forecasting, and LMIS rollout across facilities. The role focuses on ensuring continuity of open mSupply, strengthening data use, and coordinating with national partners to meet start-up milestones.

The consultant will support annual workplan development, recruit and onboard supply chain personnel, and drive forecasting and planning activities with QAT and DHIS-2 systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Health Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting public health supply chains.
• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and supply planning of malaria and MCHN commodities, QAT, DHIS-2, mSupply, and health information systems.
• Experience supporting recruitment, technical assessment, orientation, and mentoring of public health supply chain personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the annual supply chain workplan in alignment with award requirements and MOH priorities.
• Support recruitment of supply chain personnel and refine job descriptions and qualifications.
• Provide technical assistance for malaria forecasting and quarterly supply planning.
• Maintain continuity of eLMIS open mSupply functions at facilities and plan rollout to additional districts.
• Coordinate with MoH, DPS, NMSA, districts, and Jhpiego stakeholders on LMIS implementation and data use.
• Produce deliverables including workplans, recruitment reports, and rollout plans.
