Job summary

Amazon is seeking a dynamic Program Manager for its Global Medical & Health team to lead occupational health initiatives that keep workers healthier on the job. You will manage large programs, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with WHS and operations leaders to scale health interventions.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in safety, medical, health sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with all applicable occupational health regulations and standards.
Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments related to employee health programs.
Develop, review, and lead large, strategic occupational health and medical projects / programs within Amazon Operations.
Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across organizations to align goals and resources.
Coordinate a portfolio of programs / projects from inception to delivery.
Define and implement metrics to measure program performance.
Communicate the program roadmap and provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Provide program decision support through data gathering and analysis.
