Job summary

The Nutrition and Global Health Program in the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a highly motivated Research and Program Coordinator with a public health background and strong research and quantitative skills to join its team to contribute to the program's research activities.

The coordinator will work closely with faculty, data managers, PIs, and field partners to support enrollment goals, data quality, regulatory clearances,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in public health or related field.
• Experience in international research project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Willingness to travel internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support and manage NGH studies.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders and teams.
• Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical reports for funders and regulatory submissions (IRB).
• Assist with proposals to funding agencies.
• Support study staff and training for personnel.
• Collaborate with Boston and field site teams to meet budget and schedule.
• Assist with relations with international and domestic partners.
