Harvard University’s Nutrition and Global Health Program in the Department of Global Health and Population seeks a Research and Program Coordinator with a public health background to support research activities and program development. You will work with faculty, data managers, and field partners to ensure enrollment goals, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires international experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across Boston

Qualificações

• 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in public health or related field.
• Experience in international research project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Independent and team-working capability.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Goal-oriented with meticulous follow-through.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support and manage NGH program activities, including training grants.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders, program data managers, and teams via weekly calls to meet objectives within budget.
• Develop project timelines and milestones, track responsibilities and deliverables, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare technical reports for funders and facilitate IRB submissions and regulatory documentation.
• Assist faculty in developing and submitting proposals to funding agencies.
• Support study staff and trainees, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Collaborate with Boston and field sites to achieve study goals on schedule and budget.
