Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Global Health Program Operations Consultant to support the U.S. Department of State portfolio. You will contribute to planning, implementation, and improvement of global health programs and deliver client-ready analyses, dashboards, and SOPs.

The ideal candidate has analytical, organized, and collaborative skills with 2+ years in consulting, government, or global health, plus active SECRET clearance. Travel up to 10% and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two+ years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, international development, program management, or related field.
• Experience with AI solutions, data visualization, automation, or collaboration tools (Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution across program management, financial management, grants, data and analytics, technology modernization, and operations.
• Track project plans, action items, risks, issues, and status updates.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and support decision‑making.
• Develop client‑ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, SOPs, and other deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support meetings, decisions, and follow‑up activities.
• Support process improvement, change initiatives, and implementation of new ways of working.
• Use Excel, reporting platforms, automation, and AI tools to analyze data and improve processes and reporting.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality, detail, and deadlines.
