The Gates Foundation seeks a Senior Manager, Portfolio Planning & Team Operations to provide strategic leadership of business and team operations for the EGH program, coordinating with senior leaders to optimize portfolio planning and resource allocation.

You will oversee budget management, governance of the investment process, and the annual planning cycle, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across SPC and PA teams.

Formación

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in public health or related field.
• 10+ years in strategic business operations and/or research portfolio management.
• 5+ years leading senior decision-making and managing diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership of business and team operations for the EGH team, including budget planning and resourcing.
• Develop rigorous portfolio allocation and research project pipeline management.
• Lead team investment of dollars and people time, and oversee annual planning and budgeting.
• Manage and develop SPC and PA teams, guiding organizational design and workflow questions.
• Build systems to improve efficiency, decision-making, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Monitor pipeline and portfolio to inform management decisions and risk mitigation.
