Beyond Type 1 seeks a Senior Social Impact Director to lead Global Health Partnerships and LMIC engagement, with India program oversight and a focus on health equity. This role drives strategic collaboration with NGOs, governments, and multilateral institutions, including WHO‑related work and community partnerships across LMICs.

You’ll manage a multi‑year grant portfolio, oversee grant reporting, and scale impact through rigorous budget stewardship, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven

Formación

• 8+ years of global health, international development, or public health experience with LMIC settings
• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field required
• Experience with NGOs/UN or WHO-like institutions and strong partnership-building
• Knowledge of Indian FCRA rules, reporting and governance processes

Responsabilidades

• Serve as subject matter expert on India portfolio and LMIC engagement
• Oversee grant management, partner coordination, and budget monitoring
• Cultivate relationships with global health institutions and community-based organizations
• Represent BT1 at international health forums and policy discussions
• Ensure health equity, community voice, and anti-deficit framing across programs
